Waushara Community Church meets every weekend for both worship and an ALL-church Sunday School hour.

Service: 9:30 am

Fellowship & Transition Time: 10:40 - 11 am

In total, a WCC service is about 60 - 70 minutes in length. Services begin with the WCC band leading the church in music - song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of the service is complete, one of our pastors will come out to share a scripturally accurate life-giving message about Jesus.

Worship services at WCC are contemporary in nature with an emphasis on glorifying God through singing and teaching from the Bible. Our focus in worship is an audience of One: giving praise to the God of the Bible who has made salvation available through the shed blood of His Son, Jesus Christ, on the cross. Please participate in the Worship Service to whatever degree you are comfortable. You may stand, if you wish, during any of the songs, whether or not you are asked by the Worship Leader to stand, or remain seated. Coffee and refreshments are served in the foyer between the Worship services. We look forward to meeting you!

We have a staffed nursery for infants on the main floor, a parent’s room for active kids where the service can be seen and heard, as well as an area for nursing mothers. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get Registered or Checked-In Kid's Church or Sunday School.

Q: When does WCC take communion?

A: WCC takes communion on the 1st Sunday of every month as well as special occassions.

Q: How do I begin a relationship with Jesus?

A: By now you may have discovered that all roads do not lead to God, and life is not as simple as you once thought. For those who are at this crossroad, the Bible offers a new direction, one filled with purpose, fulfillment, and acceptance.

The steps are simple: 

1 Recognize that you’re a sinner.

Romans 3:23 says, “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” Our human instinct is to reject the responsibility of our sinfulness. We try to rationalize it (“I’m not doing anything anyone else hasn’t done”), minimize it (“Hey, it doesn’t affect anyone but me”) or even rename it (“There were a few errors in judgment on my part”). But God desires us to take responsibility for our sin and turn from it.

2 Believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for you.

The Bible tells us that Jesus paid the price “once and for all” for any who would call on Him and turn away from their sin. His death upon the cross was the cost for our sin. In John 14:6 Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” Not everybody goes to heaven; only those who place their trust for salvation in Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

3 Repent of your sin.

Repent literally means ‘to turn away from.’Acts 3:19 says, “Repent and be converted.”There needs to be a definite change in behavior.This will indicate whether there is a true desire to follow Christ.If we think we are Christians but our behavior is opposite of a biblical lifestyle, we should seriously examine ourselves.God desires us to walk holy and He gives us the ability to do so.

4 Receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

Jesus said, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). Come to Jesus just as you are. Trust Him to not only save you, but change your life now.
