Summary:
Jesus came to fulfill God’s promises to seek and save the lost. However, oftentimes we miss God’s promises and need to be reminded of them. When Jesus shows the people that God has always provided for them and will continue to do so, it changes their perspective.
Questions:
1. Why does Jesus always get compared to Moses? Are the comparisons fair?
2. Why are there large crowds following Jesus?
3. Why did the disciples expect Jesus to feed the people? (Matt. 14, Mark 6)
4. Why does Jesus choose to feed them?
5. Who did they believe Jesus to be? Are they wrong?
6. Why did Jesus have them save the leftovers?
